As you can see, they're pretty simple and you don't even have to be too accurate, but they're the best pancakes I've ever had. Due to step 4, it's difficult to make small batches, but really, this isn't a bad thing.
1. grab a blender, crack 3 eggs and 3 tablespoons sugar into it
2. add 1 cup or so of milk
3. add self raising flour till you get a thickish consistency
4. add milk and or flour till blender is full at same thickness.
5. fry up that pancake goodness...

Hmmm...ok..so I cooked these pancakes up this morning for myself and the kids.....
Are they the best pancakes I've ever had??? Dunno.....I can't remember having pancakes that have blown my mind before....but these were very good.....but it was more likely to do with my cooking  _________________ www.mowersandchainsaws.com.au
