I am organising a talk for first home buys, There'll be a Real Estate agent, Building inspector, Conveyancing personal, Insurance and Finance person.

It will be held at local clubs around town (Sydney) we will be putting together a DVD which covers the presentation for people who aren't able to attend.

It covers topics like
What to look of when buying your home, location, problems with the property.
Questions you should ask of those helping you with the purchase.
What the process is .... what happens when and in what order.
Finance options and what you should look out for when applying for a loan.
The legal side of the purchase.
Should you have insurance.

Plus lots more

The date has been set for the 31st October.
Start time will be 6:30 for 7pm start
Where, Northmead Bowling Club, Windsor Rd Northmead

There will be other venues through out Sydney; I’ll let you know where and when.
